Privacy policy
Knit Toolbox is a local toolkit for knitters. It does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your projects, commission and quote details, notes, stitch records, swatches, charts, and settings in its on-device database. Photos and PDFs that you choose to attach are also stored on your device. Removing the app removes this locally stored data.
Information we do not collect
Knit Toolbox does not collect, sell, share, or upload your app data to a Knit Toolbox server.
It does not create user profiles, show ads, track your location, or include analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
Optional photos and camera access
The app accesses the camera only when you choose to take a photo, and it accesses your photo library only when you choose a photo to attach. Those photos stay in the app’s private storage on your device.
Links and Ravelry
Pattern links open in your device’s browser and are governed by the linked website’s privacy policy. If you choose to connect a Ravelry account, Ravelry handles the sign-in and its API requests under Ravelry’s privacy policy. Knit Toolbox does not store your Ravelry password.
Children
Knit Toolbox is intended for adults managing knitting projects and commissions. While there is no age restriction, the app is not specifically designed for children.
